Poor thing got bathed with dish soap as my $1 a bottle shampoo ran out; something I did not notice because I have so little hair I never use shampoo anymore!
The idea that dogs need expensive shampoo is nonsense. What dogs mostly need is regular bathing!

Generic baby shampoo is what I use on the dogs I board before sending them home to their owners (unless they come with something fancy). My dog Samantha was so shiny after her Bronner's liquid Castille soap (almond) beauty treatment (and she smelled like amaretto).
